Who we are

What we collect and why
- Quote requests: name, email, phone, event date, type, location, budget and message, used only to reply to you and prepare a quote (legal basis: pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- WhatsApp / email: when you contact us directly, your messages are processed by those providers under their own policies.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel), only with your consent, to measure and improve ads on Instagram and Facebook.
Processors
Form submissions are delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Videos are embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo only when you choose to play them.
How long we keep data
Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept as long as required by Belgian accounting law (7 years for invoices).
Cookies
Necessary storage only remembers your language and cookie choice. Optional cookies are never set before you agree. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Photos & films
Images of clients are only published in the portfolio or on social media with the clients' consent, as agreed in the booking contract.
